Q.  How Do I Place an Order on Your Website?
A.  When you visit the stickersdirect.com.au online shop, you can browse the different catergories, If you find an item that you would like to purchase, click on the 'picture or View Product' and you will be taken to the  product page, depending on the item, simply select the options that you would like and the purchase price will be automatically calculated in the shopping cart. Once you have selected your preferred options (if any), you can type in the quantity you require and click 'Add To Cart'. You can view  your cart contents by clicking 'View Cart'. You may continue to browse the site and add more items. Once you have the items you require in your shopping cart, you can proceed to the checkout by clicking 'Check Out from within the Shopping Cart & follow the Step by Step Instructions. If you have any problems using the website. please contact us. 

Q.   How Do I Pay

A.   We accept: Paypal, Direct Bank Deposit, Cheque

Q.  Where are you based?
A.   We are located on the South of Brisbane, Queensland, Australia.

Q.  Can I pick up my decals?
A.   We generally post all our orders out within 1-4 days of receiving payment. Pick Ups can be arranged  

Q.  Do you have a shop? 
A.  We do not have a shop or display area at the moment, by keeping overheads down we can pass the savings on to you the buyer.

Q.  How much is postage cost?
A.  Postage & handling is based on a flat rate that will be listed in each catergory & will be calculated BEFORE completeing checkout.

Q.  Is it safe to purchase from your online store?
A.   Absolutely, we never see or require any of your financial information and all Credit Card Payments are completed through PayPal, who are a leading online payment company with the best security practices in force. 

Q.  Is my information safe with you?
A.  Yes we do not require any of your financial information and your stickersdirect account is only accesible by us.

Q.  I Have a business and would like t o get a quote on bulk decals, can I get a quote?
A.  Yes, please contact us to discuss your requirements, we offer discount for trade customers and large run jobs and orders.

Q.   I need to call you on the phone, when is the best time?
A.   You can contact us at any reasonable time 7 days a week.

Q.   I am an international customer, can I purchase from you?
A.   Absolutely, we currently only accept PayPal payments from overseas customers. There will be additional costs for postage & handling. 

Q.  Will my decals be safe in the mail?
A.  Yes, we have had very little problems with damaged items, your decal will be posted with a cardboard insert for protection, larger decals will be sent in strong mailing tubes.

Q.  I have tried emailng you several times and you are not responding?
A.  We endeavour to reply to emails within  24 hours, however sometimes it may take longer due to weekends or holidays. If you have not received a reply within this time, Please resend your email.
